Hi, I have always used muchoviaje and I never really had any problems except the last vezque did.
It was Friday, we look at the last minute bid for the next day in very good condition in a 4-star hotel spa for a little over 50 euros. We decided, we pay and we were given for valid booking (confirmed).
The next day we left for the hotel and when we arrived we say that the agency had offered esque more rooms that were left and they had decided Trogir extends in another hotel (away from the beach and no spa) in the same category.
By muchoviaje not receive or e-mail, or calls or anything. When we bring them a complaint is answered within 15 days, returned to write another e-mail saying that we were going to claim more seriously and we responded indicating that they had not had time to check the data.
Today, we have 1 month without response.
